Training Core Value 2023 for Implementing Corporate Culture

In order to introduce the company's core values, Integra Solusi Mandiri (ISM) is conducting a Core Value (CV) training program. The CV training program is initiated directly by the Raya Megah Hartama (RMH) Group, the umbrella group overseeing ISM, to encourage ISM employees to embrace the core values that serve as the guiding principles for RMH's workforce. 

This CV training activity was led directly by Mr. Boedi Soesanto as trainer and was held in Bogor on 7-8 September 2023.

Core Value - ICEPAT 
Core Values (CV) represent the fundamental principles derived from the founders of the RMH Group. These core values can be abbreviated as ICEPAT, with the following meanings: 

  1. Integrity :act consistently between what is said and his behavior according to the values ​​he adheres to (values ​​can come from the values ​​of the code of ethics where he works)

  1. Continuous Development : continues to be highly committed to always developing the company's success resulting from self-development

  1. Excellence : always try to target something with high performance standards

  1. Proactive :always looking for and trying new strategies or techniques to improve the quality of the company's business

  1. Accountability : responsible for the company's interests and priorities

  1. Teamwork: always trust and respect each other by prioritizing good communication to achieve common goals

Throughout this CV training program, participants are divided into six groups, each named Integrity, Continuous Development, Excellence, Proactive, Accountability, and Teamwork. In addition to the CV materials, the program includes various fun games. These games reflect the corporate culture previously shared through the materials and aim to enhance teamworking skills, leading to better cooperation.

Through these games, ISM employees are expected to learn the importance of effective communication techniques, conflict resolution strategies, decision-making processes, motivation, inspiration, and creating a positive work environment. 

Furthermore, at the end of the materials, each group selects a narrative to dramatize. Each group designates one member as the director and the others as actors portraying the characters in the story.

The creativity of each group member becomes the assessment indicator for this drama activity. Through these dramatic performances, all parts of ISM can gain a better understanding and implementation of the ICEPAT core values. 

The Importance of ICEPAT in the Corporate Environment

In summary, the core values within the Core Value (CV) framework, ICEPAT, play a crucial role in performance contributing to the company's reputation and success. Furthermore, the ICEPAT core values provide a foundation for individual and team behaviour and relationships in the workplace. ICEPAT even encourages a cohesive, goal-oriented approach to business. 

ICEPAT is not limited to the corporate environment because its core values are rooted in the humanitarian aspect of how to humanize interactions with one another.
